Full steam ahead at Stephenson’s Boiler Shop

It’s where Robert Stephenson & Co built boilers for steam locomotives from 1823 until the mid 20th century and it’s being lovingly refurbished without compromising the fabric of the Grade II listed building by Clouston Developments, X Site Architecture and Galliford Try Construction. It’s a fabulous space and history doesn’t get much more real than this.
