Stephenson Quarter, Newcastle

allblackboardsept14For over a year I’ve been photographing the redevelopment of the Stephenson Quarter in Newcastle and blogging highlights. Between Central Station and the Tyne, this is where Stephenson designed and built his locomotives. It’s steeped in history and wonder and my clients, `The Clouston Group and Galliford Try, are breathing new life into what had become a derelict area. It involves my being a portrait, construction, architectural, engineering, archaeology and location photographer, all on the same day. I love the challenge of it. See the blog hereStephenson Quarter site
